• We started with detailed discovery sessions to understand LQAM’s business model, property workflows, third-party systems, and automation requirements before defining the complete product architecture.
• Our engineering team developed a scalable web platform using React.js with TypeScript and Node.js (Nest.js), supported by PostgreSQL to efficiently manage property, reservation, maintenance, and smart device data.
• We integrated Samsung SmartThings to enable remote management of connected home devices, allowing property teams to monitor and control smart-enabled properties through a centralized dashboard.
• To unify operations, we connected LMPM for property and reservation management and Breezeway for maintenance tracking. A custom synchronization architecture was developed to regularly fetch, organize, and map data across all three platforms.
• The admin dashboard was designed to simplify property operations, enabling teams to manage property owners, reservations, maintenance activities, comments, smart device mapping, and operational workflows from a single interface.
• The complete solution was deployed on AWS with automated CI/CD pipelines through Bitbucket, ensuring faster releases, reliability, and long-term scalability.
