About the Client

The client hailing from Ghana had already introduced an application named AskNano on both the Apple’s App Store and Google Play store. Essentially, the app served as a digital directory, providing information about local businesses and services in Ghana. Over time, the client’s initial iteration of an online listing mobile app turned into a debacle due to performance glitches, faulty coding, outdated functionalities, and old design. Consequently, this situation led to declining user engagement and revenue loss.

The client sought a comprehensive revamp of their outdated mobile app, which was plagued by numerous issues. This overhaul encompassed enhancements in UI/UX design, the addition of upgraded features, and the development of an optimized version, all with the goal of elevating the overall end-user experience.
