Our client has been offering exactly what the market demands. Having developed multiple solutions with him over the last few years, this was the time he approached us to build a mobile app for users to search, book, and get top-quality property management services.
Project Objectives
To fast-launch the app into the market of Arizona and Utah, we recommended the client the best option, hiring dedicated mobile app developers. Considering the requirements and timeline, we mutually decided to go with React Native app development. A dedicated team was formed in 48 hours which saw the kickstart of the discovery phase. The project milestones were decided to build it from scratch, including UI/UX.
The Challenge
An external system named HCP was being used by the client team to operate and manage other business operations. The client wanted this mobile app solution to be integrated to make HCP a centralized platform for everything that happens in One Home Solution (OHS). Numerous customizations, bespoke functionalities, and studying the HCP platform to carry out server-side configurations created an acid test for our dedicated React Native mobile app developers.
The Solution
A scalable architecture was in sight from the initial consultation with the client. Team UI/UX performed at the absolute best to deliver the UX designs and UI prototype in the first week itself. A user-centric cross-platform app development commenced using React Native solely for the end-users. User-friendly UI fostering effortless navigation became the highlight of searching services, using a calendar, and booking an appointment with hourly time slot functionality.
We rolled out the development of an utterly dynamic admin panel with bespoke features to help the client team view and manage tasks, users, invoice ops, etc. Server-side configuration was performed using Nest.js and custom APIs to integrate OHS with HCP for centralized and seamless operations.
