About the Client
An absolute giant of a name in the USA- for providing quality pharmaceutical services in manufacturing vitamins, minerals, and herb supplements, Solaray Inc. has over 8000+ operating outlets across the country.
The company came up with an eCommerce website due to the increased demands of having an online store over the last decade. However, there were many limitations and conventional eCommerce store design that restricted customer outreach and online sales.
Project Objectives
With an ever-growing eCommerce popularity, the client shifted the top priority from physical stores improve outreach and online sales. To do so, they contacted and hired experienced eCommerce developers at Bytes Technolab.
Our objective was clear and straightforward: a thorough analysis of the existing system & architecture, existing platform limitations, client business, etc. in order to re-design and build a scalable solution that increases conversions and online sales. Our eCommerce experts also suggested innovative features to automate their business operations and processes.
The Challenge
To come up with a strategy and build a system with modules & tools that increase the conversions and customer retention ratio to boost online sales was our main challenge.
Also, to identify the existing system architecture to rebuild it with features that cater to business process automation was demanding sheer eCommerce expertise. We have had those skills in-house and were looking forward to testing and implementing them into a redesigned eCommerce platform for Solaray Inc.
The Solution
The eCommerce development team at Bytes Technolab analyzed the existing Shopify website, understood the client requirements, and brainstormed internally to have come up with a strategic plan to boost sales by 300 to 400%.
The project team proposed engaging and user-friendly UI/UX designs with triggering CTAs, intriguing Upsell/Cross-sell features like Product Recommendations through Quizzes, Special Discounts to Specific Customers, Subscriptions ( Auto-purchase ), Product Bundles, Campaign Landing Pages for various occasions, etc.
The team developed the new Shopify store well within the deadline and successfully integrated all the functionalities with comprehensive testing to improve conversions and online sales.
