About Project

Originating from New York, the client started their technological journey by developing an initial prototype of a contact management system. However, the prototype acted as the foundational groundwork, the client saw a substantial evolution for the system, seeking cutting-edge functionalities and advanced features to embrace the expanding realm of e-invitations. In order to stay ahead of the trends, our collaborative efforts aimed to elevate the system’s capabilities to cater modern demands and enhance user experiences.

Apart from incorporating e-invitation functionalities, the client wanted to revolutionize the platform. By recognizing the importance of user experience and usability, a comprehensive redesign was needed. Our partnership with the client transcended mere enhancement; it was aimed to reshape the platform’s landscape entirely. With a correct approach focused on user-centric design and seamless functionality, our goal was not just an overhaul but a strategic aim to reimagine and elevate the platform into an intuitive, cutting-edge solution that would captivate users and meet the demands of a dynamic digital landscape.

What We Did

Our strategy was to set up the project on the local server, as the whole system was liver and the client demanded minimal downtime. This approach allowed our team to execute the project seamlessly without disrupting ongoing operations, ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted service for end users.

The web development team embarked on the task, utilizing a structured methodology that harnessed the power of ER diagrams, wireframing techniques, and the integration of numerous JavaScript libraries. The development team then merged these elements within the MEAN stack development environment, enabling the construction of intricate and multifaceted functionalities as per the client’s intricate requirements.

The project’s complexity demanded a thorough approach, and the development team navigated through difficulties ranging from creating intuitive e-wedding card makers to implementing captivating envelope animations. Through the seamless integration of advanced functionalities, users were empowered with an effortless and engaging experience.

These included the creation of contact groups, incorporating the RSVP functionality with tailored answer templates from the invitee’s viewpoint, enabling exclusive invitation issuance to specific groups, and the efficient management of duplicate contacts within each group. These enhancements were meticulously integrated into the contact management and e-card sending modules, elevating their functionalities to better serve users’ needs.
