We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Developer to join our engineering team. You will be at the forefront of the generative AI and Computer Vision revolution, designing sophisticated AI agents, multi-modal systems, and advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
The ideal candidate is a Python expert who understands the mechanics of agent orchestration, Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and specialized Computer Vision models like YOLO. You will be responsible for building scalable, production-ready systems that integrate NLP, Vision, and automated data pipelines.
Roles & responsibilities
- Agentic & Multi-Modal Systems: Design and deploy autonomous AI agents using LangGraph and LangChain, incorporating vision capabilities for multi-modal reasoning.
- Vision AI Implementation: Develop and optimize object detection, segmentation, and classification pipelines using YOLO models and OpenCV.
- Advanced RAG: Build and refine high-performance RAG pipelines using LlamaIndex, including vision-based retrieval and data parsing.
- Data Pipeline Engineering: Design and maintain automated data pipelines for large-scale datasets using Apache Airflow or Celery.
- Backend Development: Develop robust, high-performance APIs using FastAPI to serve AI-driven features.
- Integration: Implement the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to standardize agent interactions with diverse data sources.
- Deployment: Containerize applications using Docker for consistent cloud deployment (AWS/Azure).
Skills required
- Languages: Expert-level proficiency in Python.
- NLP Frameworks: Deep experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
- Computer Vision: Proven experience with YOLO (v8-v11), OpenCV, and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) like LLaVA, CLIP, or CogVLM.
- Concepts: Agent orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, tool calling, and RAG.
- Vector Search: Experience with Qdrant or Pinecone.
- Web Frameworks: Strong experience with FastAPI.
- Pipeline Orchestration: Proficiency in Apache Airflow or Celery.
- Databases: Proficiency in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- DevOps/Cloud: Docker, AWS (SageMaker/Bedrock), or Azure experience.
- Training: Experience in fine-tuning and training Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision Models (YOLO) on custom datasets.
- Evaluation: Implementation of rigorous evaluation frameworks. For Vision: mAP (mean Average Precision), IOU, and F1-score. For LLMs: Perplexity, ROUGE, METEOR, and human-in-the-loop evaluation.
- Optimization: Knowledge of quantization, pruning, and model distillation for edge or high-throughput deployment.
Soft Skills
- Problem Solver: Ability to debug non-deterministic AI outputs and optimize for latency.
- Architectural Thinking: Ability to design modular, scalable, and maintainable AI systems.
- Experience: 2+ years in Software Engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
