Roles & responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand requirements via calls and in-person meetings.
- Document requirements clearly and structure them for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create wireframes, visual diagrams, and process flows to simplify complex concepts.
- Offer practical suggestions to clients from both technical and functional perspectives.
- Support the sales team during pre-sales calls with insights and product knowledge.
- Prepare standard collateral including case studies, manuals, and demo scripts.
- Work closely with development teams, understanding the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software engineering concepts.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage requirements efficiently.
- Leverage tools like UML, flow charts, process diagrams, wireframing tools, and Microsoft Office suite to communicate ideas effectively.
Skills required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic programming knowledge and understanding of databases and networks.
- Awareness of business structures, industry trends, and technical environments.
- Ability to perform stakeholder analysis, cost-benefit analysis, process modeling, and requirements engineering.
- Familiarity with Ecommerce, Magento, ERP systems, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
