We are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Senior Odoo Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing Odoo-based ERP solutions for global clients. In this role, you will lead end-to-end Odoo development projects, customize modules, optimize system performance, and ensure scalable, high-quality software delivery aligned with business objectives.
You will be responsible for technical architecture, module development, third-party integrations, and cross-team collaboration, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in Odoo with strong problem-solving and leadership skills to drive successful ERP implementations.

Roles & responsibilities
- Must have 4 + Years of relevant experience in Odoo Backend development.
- Good in Python, Oops concept, SQ
- Have good exp in ODOO default modules(Sales & CRM, Inventory, manufacturing, Finance, supply chain)
- Should have worked on third-party integration
- Able to identify the requirement and propose a good alternative solution to the client's requirement
- Design and develop Odoo apps(new module development, customization).
- Develop applications/ features that affect everyday life
- Must have Strong knowledge of Core Python and programming concepts
- Odoo framework knowledge, Knowledge of Linux-flavored operating systems -System knowledge of different Project Life cycles. "Interpersonal Skills"
- Have an experience on Integration with Magento/Shopify/Bigcommerce
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills -Should have experience with international clients

Skills required
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development
- Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework
- Experience with Odoo module customization, development, and migration
- Solid understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb, XML, and JavaScript
- Experience with API integrations (REST, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC)
- Knowledge of Odoo deployment on Linux servers and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good to Have
- Experience with Odoo Enterprise and Community versions
- Knowledge of Odoo.sh and Docker-based deployments
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Experience in eCommerce integrations and payment gateway configurations
- Exposure to multi-company, multi-currency ERP implementations
