About us

We are looking for a professional, organized Admin cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and strong organizational abilities.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Handle front desk operations and maintain visitor logs and access records.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor passes.
  • Receive, record, and distribute couriers and parcels to employees.
  • Track minimum stock levels and raise purchase requests proactively.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery.
  • Monitor Keka/Admin/HR tickets and ensure timely action and closure.
  • Maintain admin request tracker with SLA-based closure.
  • Maintain admin files, agreements, invoices, and records properly.
  • Manage stamp papers and notarization requirements.
  • Maintain office registers (visitor, courier, asset, vendor, expense).
  • Support HR/Admin with employee documentation when required.

Skills required

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Admin role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
