We are looking for a professional, organized Admin cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and strong organizational abilities.
Roles & responsibilities
- Handle front desk operations and maintain visitor logs and access records.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor passes.
- Receive, record, and distribute couriers and parcels to employees.
- Track minimum stock levels and raise purchase requests proactively.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery.
- Monitor Keka/Admin/HR tickets and ensure timely action and closure.
- Maintain admin request tracker with SLA-based closure.
- Maintain admin files, agreements, invoices, and records properly.
- Manage stamp papers and notarization requirements.
- Maintain office registers (visitor, courier, asset, vendor, expense).
- Support HR/Admin with employee documentation when required.
Skills required
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Admin role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
