Roles & responsibilities
- 8+ years of project management experience in JavaScript-based web applications and open-source projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle,
- Excellent analytical skills
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Proven experience in project management.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Able to complete projects on time.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Helping Sales team for Pre-sales Call
- Knowledge of Project management tools like JIRA, Basecamp, and Monday.com required.
Skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Minimum 5 years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers
