We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Partnership Executive to build, manage, and grow strategic alliances that drive business growth. The role involves identifying potential partners, nurturing relationships, and creating mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities.
Roles & responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners (channel partners, resellers, affiliates, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive long-term collaboration.
- Generate new business opportunities through partnerships and alliances.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align partnership strategies.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Track and report partnership performance metrics (revenue, leads, conversions).
- Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
- Conduct regular partner reviews and identify areas for growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and market dynamics.
Skills required
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
