We are seeking a Result-Driven Business Development Executive (BDE) – North America with proven experience driving growth and managing strategic initiatives across the region. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional global teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and revenue targets. You will be responsible for Market expansion, client engagement, pipeline management, and strategic planning, ensuring initiatives are executed effectively within defined budgets and timelines. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the North American market, and a results-oriented mindset to consistently achieve business objectives.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Run targeted email outreach campaigns (automated + manual), tailored by state, industry, and buyer persona.
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach, including prospecting, personalized messaging, nurturing, and meeting scheduling.
  • Lead old-lead reactivation via quarterly email sequences and outreach workflows.
  • Coordinate newsletter touchpoints for prospects, agencies, and older leads.
  • Work closely with the North America sales team to qualify leads and set up discovery meetings.
  • Prepare outreach content, messaging templates, and nurture sequences.
  • Track KPIs, improve response rates, and optimise lead funnels.

Skills required

  • 2+ years of experience in IT services sales, business development, pre-sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, eCommerce, or digital transformation sales cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for international (US/Canada) clients.
  • Confidence in conducting discovery calls and supporting client pitches.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation or sales prospecting is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and internal coordination tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Comfortable working in Flexible time zones.
