About us
The Inside Sales Executive will support the sales team by qualifying inbound leads, coordinating pre-sales activities, preparing proposals, generating CRM reports, and maintaining CRM hygiene. The role will also use AI tools to generate business analysis documentation, wireframes, UI/UX concepts, and pre-sales material in coordination with the Solution Architect. This role does not perform outbound prospecting or lead generation activities.
Roles & responsibilities
- Lead Qualification (Inbound Only) – Review inbound leads, send qualification emails, gather requirement details, and update CRM.
- Meeting Coordination – Schedule meetings and prepare prospect briefs with background, requirements, and scope.
- AI-Driven Pre-Sales Support (BA + UX) – Use AI tools to generate requirement docs, user journeys, wireframes, and solution outlines.
- Proposal Preparation – Prepare proposal drafts, format documents, define scope, timelines, and pricing structure.
- Solution Coordination – Collaborate with Solution Architect to review requirements, validate solutions, and finalize approach.
- CRM Management – Maintain CRM hygiene by updating opportunities, communications, deal stages, and pipeline data.
- CRM Reporting – Generate and share pipeline, lead, conversion, and sales activity reports from Zoho CRM.
Skills required
- Lead Qualification Efficiency – Ensure timely qualification, documentation, and scheduling of inbound leads for better response and meeting quality.
- Pre-Sales Support Productivity – Generate AI-assisted presales documentation to improve proposal speed and requirement clarity.
- CRM Excellence – Maintain accurate, structured, and up-to-date CRM data for reliable pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Sales Team Enablement – Provide complete opportunity context to improve conversions and discovery meeting efficiency.
- Strong written English, basic digital product understanding, AI tool proficiency, and documentation skills.
- Reporting Structure – Reports to Sales Head and collaborates with Sales Leads, Account Executives, and Solution Architect.
