On December 13, 2025, we came together to recognize our achievements and the people behind them. From speeches and performances to celebrating on the dance floor, NexFest 2025 showed what’s possible when passion and purpose come together.
A Grand Opening with Kabiraa at the Helm
We were happy to have Amitoj Bhatia, fondly known as Kabiraa, as part of NexFest 2025. He impressed everyone not only with his freestyle rap performance but also in his role as the event anchor, where he brought warmth, humour, and steady energy to the stage. Kabiraa’s easy presence helped create a comfortable and lively atmosphere, making the evening feel engaging and personal. Through smooth transitions and genuine moments, he played a big part in turning NexFest into a celebration we will remember for a long time.
The Heart of NexStar: Our HR Team
Every organization is based on systems, but it is the people that make it grow. Our HR team at NexStar plays a significant role in making sure that people always come first.
Ms. Sneha Kumbhar, with a decade of HR experience and 9 years at Magneto IT Solutions, has not only defined our values but also has been the creator of productive atmospheres.
Ms. Swati Bhatia has more than 12 years of HR experience, with her focus on the alignment of business needs and practices. She loves working with people, and she is recognized as someone who creates generous environments in which individuals feel encouraged to do their best.
Our proactive HR team, which includes Srusti Modi, Freny Darji, Priyanka Banushali, Dhwani Vadodariya, Kausar Nandaf, and Payal Dighore, has been busy ensuring that the event arrangements and preparations were all done perfectly.
They reminded us that at NexStar, people are the foundation of our success.
Vision 2026: The Road Ahead
The evening's highlight came when Mr. Mitul Patel and Mr. Ronak Meghani shared our strategic vision. They traced the journeys of Bytes Technolab and Magneto IT Solutions, two organizations with distinct legacies that merged in 2024 to form NexStar Alliance.
This wasn't just a business decision; it was a vision to create a unified organization where talent is shared, ideas flow freely, and capabilities multiply. Today, the NexStar family delivers excellence across eCommerce, Product engineering, digital transformation, AI and ML solutions, UI/UX design, and enterprise solutions.
Embracing AI and Innovation
The directors also highlighted the strong integration of AI and emerging technologies into our business strategy, which helps clients see clearly, removes obstacles, and allows them to progress smoothly in today's fast-paced, AI-driven world.
2025 became the year of our expansion into Saudi Arabia, the UK, and Australia, it has also proved our global capabilities.
Our goal is clear:
“We don’t want to be just solution providers (vendors only). We aim to be long-term growth partners for our clients.”, says Mr. Mitul Patel while sharing his ideas with the family.
Talent Takes Center Stage
What's a celebration without showcasing the incredible talent within our team? NexFest 2025 featured performances that left everyone spellbound:
- Dhananjay Choksi kicked off the evening with a rhythmic guitar performance of Gen Z's favorite, "Tum Ho Toh" from the movie Saiyaara.
- Aftab Vasiwala mesmerized us with the soulful "Kuch To Hai jo Neend Aaye Kam."
- Payal Dighore brought energy and fusion to the stage with a stunning Bollywood + Marathi dance performance.
- Aishwarya Rathore delivered a solo dance that was absolutely thrilling with her performance of "Crazy Kiya Re."
- The group's lazy dance performance was nothing short of spectacular! Kiran Kori, Suman Lachhani, Sakshi Shah, Harshita Toplani, Aftab Vasiwala, Mehul Muley, and Sachin Jha took us on a musical journey from "Humko Tumse Pyaar Hai" to "Woh Meri Neend Mera Chain" and the all-time disco favorite "Saat Samundar Paar & Kisi Disco Mai Jaaye."
- Adding to the magic, Mohsin Shaikh sang the tuneful “Tumse Hi Din Hota Hai,” turning the moment into a beautiful sing-along as everyone joined in, lip-syncing and swaying together.
- Rohan Bhatt closed the performance segment with the current hit "Tere Ishq Mein" and the timeless "Nadaan Parindey Ghar Aaja."
