We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior / Associate Software Developer (HTML) to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing responsive, pixel-perfect, and SEO-friendly web pages by converting UI/UX designs into clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality web interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences across devices and browsers. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in front-end technologies, an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn modern web development practices.
Roles & responsibilities
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3
- Good knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development
- Ability to convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web standards
- Basic knowledge of Git and version control
- Familiarity with browser developer tools for debugging
- Understanding of SEO-friendly HTML and web accessibility (WCAG) best practices
- Experience with page builders like Elementor or Divi is an advantage
- Basic understanding of WordPress theme structure is a plus
- Good problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience with CMS platforms
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques (Core Web Vitals)
