About the Client

For over five years, RILU Trading Pty. Ltd. has been producing dependable electric bicycles (e-bikes) of exceptional quality and value. These e-bikes are distributed across Australia through an ever-growing network of skilled retailers.

Project Objectives

The client’s objective was to enhance the previous website and create a fresh one with tailored design and development to enhance user interactions. Furthermore, the client aimed to establish this as a catalog-style website, encompassing comprehensive details about the product range, dealers, and additional pertinent information.

The lack of consistency in the old website was one of the factors driving the decision to overhaul the entire site, as it couldn’t effectively handle the substantial influx of traffic. With the aim of improving user satisfaction and granting greater control to end-users, the client aspired to offer a ‘locate a dealer by postcode’ feature. This resulted in the creation of a user-friendly interface with a refined front-end, incorporating a variety of user-accessible features.

The Solution

To enhance the ease of finding dealerships by either location or postal code, it was imperative to create an all-encompassing database containing all dealership information. This database would empower the platform to showcase the nearest dealership according to the user’s present whereabouts. Consequently, we developed a comprehensive web platform by seamlessly integrating the WooCommerce platform, which greatly facilitated product and dealership searches based on user locations or postal codes.
