About the Client
The client is a passionate account professional who wanted to help fellow Americans to get into a better financial situation.
Having helped tens of thousands of people in solving their financial and taxation problems, the client exactly knew how hard it could be for a common man to approach the right specialist, given the complexity.
Project Objectives
Our objective was to build a web platform that acts a redirecting platform to drive the visitors to the right service providers in a hassle-free way. The plan was to make this a feature-rich platform with some amazing financial tools that could instantly engage and help web visitors.
In short, the main goal of this digital platform is to bring leads and redirect them to the right financial services providers.
The Challenge
To accurately redirect the clients to the correct service providers, it was an intensive affair for the dev team to learn, follow, and implement CCPA policies. Checking, validating, and implementing all these rules over the Lead management software (Cake) tested our in-house expertise.
The Solution
The team was excited and optimistic to face the challenge of doing something new that was never done before. The web development team integrated a third-party API called Infutor to validate and check the form data filled by the customers in a precise manner. This is to increase the credibility of the leads that are being forwarded to the service providers.
The team successfully implemented all the custom rules considered with client requirements over the Cake software that has been integrated with this web platform. It helps to efficiently manage the leads for the admin and the affiliated financial services providers.
We also integrated Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to identify and analyse the visitors’ journeys (lead generation funnel) over the web platform to make better decisions to improve the conversion rate.

Results
The team launched the Solvable web platform with an intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX design that was mobile responsive. Upon the launch, the response of website visitors has been exemplary. A growth in the range of 150-180 percent is observed on a quarterly basis.
