eCommerce Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – eCommerce who will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions for digital commerce projects. The candidate will lead business analysis initiatives, support discovery and presales activities, manage a team of Business Analysts, and establish strong BA processes and governance frameworks within the organization.
The role requires strong expertise in eCommerce platforms, digital business models, and technical architectures, along with the ability to collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and technology teams to define scalable solutions that drive client success.
Inside Sales Executive
04 - Positions
The Inside Sales Executive will support the sales team by qualifying inbound leads, coordinating pre-sales activities, preparing proposals, generating CRM reports, and maintaining CRM hygiene.
The role will also use AI tools to generate business analysis documentation, wireframes, UI/UX concepts, and pre-sales material in coordination with the Solution Architect.
This role does not perform outbound prospecting or lead generation activities.
