Ahmedabad, Gujarat- May 26, 2023: In order to escape the blistering heat, Bytes Technolab Inc. hosted a delightful Summer Fair accompanied by a Food Fest!
To kick things off, attendees adorned themselves in an array of vibrant and colorful attire! The event boasted an impressive lineup of seven food stalls, an assortment of exciting games like balloon pop and Hoopla or ring throwing, and even a tarot card reader to add a touch of mystique.
The 7 food stalls:
1. Chat Mahal
This stall sold amazingly delicious Full Stack bhel, Bit Bucket chat, and Docker Dahi puri.
2. DevOps Delight
They sold mouth-watering Bateka bhungala, Cheese papdi chaat, Pineapple sandwich, Chocolate sandwich, Sp. Masala Cheese Burger, and Double cheese.
3. Mojito Mexicana
This stall was serving yummy Mexican sandwiches and Watermelon Mojito to quench thirst.
4. Rajjo De Parathe
They served lip-smacking Aloo de Parathe and Paneer-cheese de Parathe.
5. Rasrangila Designer
This was a drinks and fruits counter served Jadui Jamun shots, Jethalal Jira soda, Mahendra Mangobali (Mango juice), and a Fruit platter (Watermelon, Pineapple, & Grapes).
6. React Mouth Filler
This stall served delicious Nachos, Bruschetta, and Pasta.
7. Snack Zillas
Last but not least was Snack Zillas that served tasty Bateka Bhungala, Sing Slice, and buttermilk.
Additionally, we had a thrilling balloon pop booth where we delighted in bursting balloons using a gun.
We also had a Hoopla or Ring toss booth where the objective was to successfully throw a ring onto the products in order to win them.
And let's not overlook the intriguing tarot card reader who offered us glimpses into our future, love life, and career aspirations!
The Master Chef Competition for a Good Cause
The Master Chef competition was arranged as part of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, where the collective proceeds from all the stalls would be donated to a worthy cause!
And guess what! This year, we have gathered a total of over 21,000 rupees from all the stalls, including the balloon pop, Hoopla, and Tarot booth! That being said, when combined with last year's collection, we have surpassed the 30,000 rupee mark! Hooray!
But wait there’s more!
As it was a Master Chef competition, it is only fitting that we discuss the triumphant winners!
Taking into account factors such as taste, presentation, and the highest amount collected, the audience elected two deserving winners for the competition:
- React Mouth Fillers and
- Mojito Mexicana
Lastly, the HR department also awarded participation certificates to all the participants as a token of appreciation.
With that, we all relished in this event, crafting cherished memories, and bringing smiles to everyone's faces. Let us not overlook the collective efforts put forth by our HR department, office staff, and every single member who contributed to making the Summer Carnival and Food Festival 2023 a resounding triumph.
