We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer with strong expertise in Odoo backend development, Python programming, and ERP solution architecture to build, customize, and optimize enterprise-grade Odoo solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and engineering teams to develop scalable ERP applications that address complex business requirements. The role involves Odoo module development, ERP customization, third-party integrations, solution architecture, API development, and deployment support, along with a strong understanding of business processes, modern software development practices, and scalable ERP implementations.
Roles & responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications based on business requirements.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance Odoo modules and new product features.
- Customize core Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend optimized ERP workflows and implementation approaches.
- Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules, business logic, workflows, reports, and automation features.
- Build and maintain third-party integrations with ERP platforms and external business applications.
- Implement integrations with Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, payment gateways, and other external systems.
- Develop and maintain REST/XML-RPC APIs and data synchronization processes.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical design, estimation, and documentation.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, maintainability, and adherence to development best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, QA engineers, functional consultants, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support deployment, debugging, troubleshooting, upgrades, and post-production enhancements.
- Work closely with international clients to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
Skills required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo Backend Development.
- Strong expertise in Python programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and SQL.
- Extensive experience with Odoo framework, ORM, and custom module development.
- Hands-on experience customizing standard Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and workflow customization.
- Experience developing third-party integrations and API-based solutions.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and propose scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
